About Us

We are a Chicago-based private practice of psychologists who are passionate about the change process.

Our name reflects our philosophy: meaningful change requires a strong foundation. Sustainable growth comes from being patient and working intentionally so that changes can hold up in everyday life.

We’re all psychologists, but we don’t all do the same thing. Some of us focus on therapy, helping teens manage anxiety or adults navigate relationships that feel stuck. Others spend more time conducting evaluations, carefully piecing together why a bright kid is struggling in school. We also teach, supervise newer clinicians, and stay current with research that shapes how we practice. Having a foot in different parts of the field keeps us learning and helps us see problems from multiple angles.

Evidence Based

We stay current with the latest research and contribute to advancing mental health care through our own practice-based work.

Collaborative

Therapy is a partnership. We work with you to find strategies that fit your life, values, and goals.

Real World Application

The best therapy doesn’t stay in the therapy room. We help you apply new skills and perspectives in your daily life.

Values Aligned

We bring curiosity, humor, and patience to the ups and downs of the therapy process.

Our Approach

We strive to bring non-judgment, curiosity, and patience to the ups and downs of therapy. This means helping you understand our perspective by explaining our thought process and asking for feedback as often as possible. Because therapy works best when it’s a partnership—when you know what we’re thinking and we’re learning together.

We care deeply about creating a space where change can happen.
